I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at 6sense in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was relatively straightforward. I was referred by a friend, and connected with the Hiring Manager shortly thereafter.
The conversation went great, and I connected with two members of the team after that. Things were moving slow on their end and after a few subsequent follow-ups, I interviewed with what was seemingly the last person, a senior sales director.
Conversation seemed to go well, and the interviewer said he enjoyed our conversation. But after checking in with the recruiter, I didn’t receive a response back. Despite following up with the hiring manager as well, I didn’t hear back. I was simply ghosted.
The interview process went from going great to okay to a complete disaster. I invested close to 1.5 months interviewing with the company, only to be ghosted. It was inconsiderate at best and incompetence at worst. Given the current climate and time invested, one would think the recruiter would learn to communicate, even if 6sense was moving forward with a different candidate.
Poor reflection of the company’s values, which was disappointing since the solution/industry was something I was highly interested in.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 6sense in Oct 2025
Interview
HR screen, two front line manager, VP of Customer Success, Presentation. Fairly unprofessional process - feedback wasn't based on what I said in the interview. Worked out for the best, felt as if I was overqualified and I knew more about CS than the hiring manager did.

Interview
I interviewed for this position. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be quite unprofessional. The interviewer came across as arrogant and repeatedly interrupted me while I was answering questions, which made it difficult to communicate effectively. While he highlighted that the company culture is supportive and values people, my interview experience did not reflect those values. Overall, I feel that the interview was not a good use of my time.

Interview
The interview process was overall very streamlined and I always felt in the loop on next steps. Professionalism all around, and had great conversations with everyone that I met with. Everyone seemed very passionate about the CS world and 6sense in general, and always left me more excited about the opportunity after speaking to them!
