I recently went through the interview process with 6sense, and it was the worst experience I've had with any recruiter. The process was plagued by slow responses and a complete lack of feedback. Despite making it all the way to the final stage, it took a frustrating 8 weeks, and I still have not received any feedback or updates on my status. The interview process was poorly organized, with no clear strategy or structure. New steps were constantly being added, often with weeks in between each stage. This lack of organization and communication made the entire experience feel like a massive waste of time. If you value your time and expect a professional interview process, I would advise looking elsewhere. 6sense's recruitment process is in desperate need of improvement.
