I applied on March 25th. I never heard anything until April 17th when I received a request to fill out a survey on how my interview experience was.
The email claims says, "We're sending you this survey to gather some honest, anonymous feedback about your recent interview. No personal information about you will be seen by 6sense - all survey results are anonymized."
I filled out the survey to the best as I could since I didn't get to interview and at the end where there was a feedback section I said, "You never responded to my application which is unfortunate because I was a good fit."
I sent the survey over.
2 hours later I received a rejection notice.
There's two take-aways from this.
First, these surveys are 100% not anonymous. It is not a coincidence that I received a rejection after nearly a month just a couple hours after providing my feedback in an "anonymous" survey. While I'm glad they made the connection, employees and applicants beware if you're sharing something you truly want to be anonymous.
Second, this experience is on par with some other posts about sloppy interviewing/ghosting/etc.
Good luck to 6sense.
