Very horrible.
They say in their email signature "we are 4.9 star on Glassdoor" but their process of interview was horrible.
First round : Gave an assignment to complete -> I completed it submitted it. -- SELECTED
2nd round : Code pairing interview : -> Everything was very well written, the interviewer agreed that its very nice and I have nothing major to ask you actually. -- SELECT
3rd round : Technical discussion --> The panel was not able to ask questions properly, he was not confident enough of anything. It looked like he googled "Top 20 React interview questions". I was giving interview for 6 years exp and all he was asking me was what is state?what is props ? how to increment counter onclick of button ? I mean, fresher level questions.
After the interview checked the panel's profile on linkedIn , The panel was some 2 years exp boy taking interview of 6 years exp candidate.
And then the feedback was NEGATIVE.
I asked HR to arrange the discussion keeping the panel, me , HR and some more senior person in call and then let the panel ask me whatever he knows. But the HR declined and said, we can not change the feedback.
They flaunt about hiring but they don't actually hire.
You will waste your time by interviewing there.
Advice to management : Please get some better panels first.
