6sense Operations Manager interview questions

Had a phone screen with the recruiter. Told me he wanted to schedule the interview panel with the leadership team and even gave me the names. They were non-responsive for 7 days until I added the hiring manager. They were non-responsive until I added the hiring manager to the email thread. They extended an offer at the same time they told me to talk to the leadership team. Pretty unprofessional to ghost a candidate.
