Applied online for a part time associate. Somehow it goes directly to the Field Representative. He calls me in the early morning for a Phone interview. Then he asked for a in person interview scheduled the next day. During the interview, he asked some questions about my knowledge of the company, whether I am interest in being a manager position (I have a business degree). Then he goes to behavioural questions. The imterview was standard, not too difficult.
