I applied for a position out of my area. Interviewed over the phone with three different HR associates over two weeks. Took two online surveys, one about behaviors, the second a mixture of math, logic and behaviors that was observed via Skype. Had a 4th phone interview with a market trainer and got an offer the next day.

Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized
