Common questions, really easy to pass this interview. Fresh graduate can try to apply this position. If you want to learn about retail management things, than you can try this. But the workload was quite though.

Applied online,
First interview at Store with FC and one SM in Calgary. After 4 days.
Next Got Call from Dallas from HR , he ask few question then ask to give online test.
After 2 days FC called and called for second online test.
After 5 days HR from Dallas called and Discuss salary. He offer 44,000 and I said my expectation 55,000.
He counter offer 49,000 and I agreed.
After 1 week goes to Store for I store training. Then 8 week at Training store , at end given own store .
Those only 10 week I enjoyed.
After that it's 70-80 hour a week working since 2009 (5 years)
No personal life.

The area manger ask me a couple of questions and then later on. I got a called from cooperate saying I got the position. I was definitely happy. He told he was going to call me in a couple of days because he was still doing more interviews.

Do I real I reliable transportation because I need to be able to go to the bank and do despite.
3 On-site and one paper test. The process was a 3 week course and as soon you're in you can work right after the interview depending on store manager.
Interview involved language proficiency and behavioral question. For example if there is a staff causing problems how would you deal with it and why you think that way.
