7-Eleven interview questions

Applied online for Store Manager position, got a call and did my first interview on phone, the I was scheduled for second interviews at their office which was on computer, behavioral, scenario, skills and some math question. This led me to a third interview which was scheduled for the third week now. It was another phone interview with a different person. This also went well so I was scheduled for my fourth interview in their office, this was the fourth week, the interview went well, there was nothing new in all those interviews because I have been a retail store manager for five years. Then I was told I will be informed of the final decision within days. In two days I received an email informing me they have decided to take another candidate. I was not surprised with the decision, it could be they were looking for a cheap person because there was a difference of about $12,000 between their average pay for manager and the income I was getting in my previous job which I indicated in the application forms

applied for a job as a store manager at a seven eleven , they called me for interview in 4 days. the owner wasn't available when i went there, even though i called and confirmed the previous day. i had to come back. the next day i called and they called me again. the owner didn't seem interested even though he was asking all sorts of questions. the all process didn't seem straight forward, in the end he offered me 8.5 an hour even thoughi had told them before that i make 9.00 an hour. what a complete waste of time
