Went through three interviews. One phone with the general manager, face to face with the area manager, and face to face with the general manager. Phone interview was basic- general information

very informal, interviewer was 10 mins late. had one phone interview then a standard interview. Phone interview actually more in depth that the actual in-person interview. interviewer did not know specifics on the sales numbers for that particular store, actually told me that the store i was interviewing at was the most under-performing store in the region.
