I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at A10 Networks (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
One of the worst interviews ever.More so because of the process and the staff who are disinterested in taking the interview itself.
Interview process began with a written test for 1 hour which had basic networking and testing questions.
Skype Interview was tediously long and lasted 5 hours- taken by 5 different people back to back.
2-3 of the people taking the interview did not even listen to your answers.Very poorly coordinated and no respect for your time.1 of the members of the panel went off for mid-way for 15 minutes.
Overall don't waste your time. You deserve better companies who have ethics and values!!!
Rejected the offer!
Thank you for your honest feedback! Though this was a few months ago, we will be looking into our process and changing what we can to make it a better experience.
