Scheduled an interview with the recruiter after applying online. Standard phone interview and coded on a white-board like text editor. The engineer was very nice and very informative about the company's work and culture. Questions are relatively easy and test on your aptitude in solving basic data structure and algorithm problems. Overall a great interview experience.

Interview
Interview was on campus visit by A9. It was part of University of Waterloo co-op process, so the process may vary for others. Had one 45 minute interview and received the offer.
Was asked extensively about hash tables, and had to solve various problems involving them. Recommend how to compress data into bits. Was asked in detail about my OS project.
