Applied it on-line and got a phone call from the hiring manager. First he asked several general behavior questions. However, later I heard keyboard clicking while I was talking. :( He even asked several personal questions, such as why staying at school for long time, which research algorithm I own. He implied that his employee are mostly have advanced degree... In a word, a very downside interview experience.
