ABB interview questions

Very straightforward. Started with usual CV screening, and then I was contacted by HR for a short introductory call about my background, motivation, and availability. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager and team members, mainly focused on technical knowledge, problem-solving, previous experiences, and behavioral questions. The atmosphere was professional but relaxed, and the overall communication throughout the process was clear and organized.

First interview with HR/TA. Second interview with hiring manager. The HR/TA was pretty professional and hiring manager was looking for a more experienced team member. ABB is a large organisation with many different departments.
