I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ABC (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2025
Interview
I applied for three roles at the company: Client, Software, and Product Implementation Specialist. I was first contacted for the Product Implementation role. The first round went well, and the interviewer gave me positive feedback, leading to a second round with the Director and Manager.
Around the same time, I received another interview call for the Software Implementation role. I clarified with HR, and they explained it was a different department. I attended that interview, received good feedback again, but was eventually rejected. I accepted the outcome and moved on.
Later, I had the second-round interview for the Product Implementation role. It also went well, and I was told my responses and examples were strong. Still, after a week, I received a rejection email. I understood they may have found someone more aligned with the role.
The following week, I was contacted for an interview for the third role—Client Implementation Specialist. Despite already going through several interviews, I gave it another shot. I cleared the first round and was scheduled for the second. After preparing for days, I was informed just an hour before the interview that they had decided to move forward with another candidate.
This experience felt highly unprofessional. If a decision was already made, the interview should not have been scheduled.
Overall, the process was disorganized, time-consuming, and lacked basic courtesy.
