I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ACES ABA in Feb 2022
Interview
Got the ball rolling quickly! Easy going and very helpful. One other person interviewing in zoom call which was very strange as we had completely different life experiences, qualifications and ages. It was very strange at first but we took turns answering questions first which overall went well. Definitely helpful to hear the other interviewee’s take on the question but left interview with the feeling that I wasn’t able to fully demonstrate who I was.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Situational based questions: “how would you react towards a child if they were being aggressive”
I had a phone call with two people who asked questions about my background and what brought me to this job. They were friendly and respectful throughout the process. The questions mainly pertained to my experience in the area.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ACES ABA (Torrance, CA) in Apr 2026

The interview was smoothly. They answered all my questions I had but the job they asked what do I have experienced working with kids with autism how I feel of working with them when they have a certain behavioral needs. What would I do if my client is having a hard transition. Am I willing to work to get my RBT? How long have you been working with kids with autism
