ADM General Manager interview questions

After two very positive and pleasant interviews including one where they talked about me easily being able to manage the role and potential to expand the role to include some UK-wide responsibilities, I received a letter of regret via second class post. I have asked for feedback as there was none in the letter and two weeks on received nothing. Not impressed with their people skills.
