I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ADM (Decatur, IL) in Oct 2017
Interview
I interviewed with two individuals at a career fair. I was later contacted to interview in person at the Decatur office. There were several professionals conducting interviews and sharing career experiences. After two interviews we were served lunch and given a tour. I heard back 2 weeks later and was asked to do a final phone interview. The phone interview was more of a formal conversation with 2 guys. I was given an offer the next day. ADM has an extremely professional interview process and they take some of the intimidation out of the interview process by not asking quite as many behavioral questions as some companies.
