The company flew me into Decatur for an interview after an initial phone screen with one of the auditors. After three days, I was contacted by ADM HR to coordinate my itinerary and schedule. Upon arrival in Bloomington, I was escorted to the ADM HQ in Decatur via company limousine. Once I arrived at the ADM facilities, I was taken to lunch by two auditors. We had a very casual conversation about the company, the position, my experience, goals, and career plans. They returned me to the audit building where I had three interview sessions that included two auditors in each. Each session lasted 30 to 40 minutes. It was very casual and easy-going. There was an open dialogue in the interviews, and the approach was very informal. Once my interviews were complete, I was again escorted to the airport to return home.
