I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADM in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied online and then got a phone call from an ADM Benelux recruitment contractor. He told me about the job and at the end of the conversation requested I send my resume through to his email address. He said on the phone and in his email that he would provide feedback within a week of me sending my resume.
After two weeks without feedback I sent an email to the recruiter and he did not respond. Now after nine weeks I received a rejection for a job that I didn't apply for (Quality Control Manager) which means the contract recruiter was using my resume for something other than what he said.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADM (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2023
Interview
Slow process that required significant follow-up on the candidate's part. There were gaps of 2-3 weeks between each step of the process which was frustrating and discouraging. They need to move more efficiently through their process if they want to hire great talent.
