Interview
3 Step process, the team helped me prepare and gave me good feedback from the process as well. HR call, In person meeting with managers, role play and last is with the VP.
Three step. Phone and two face to face. The HR person will feel you out and then you meet your direct report. If that manager likes you then you meet or have a call with the divisional manager. That's the easy part.
