Interview
I met with 3 managers, which were all from different teams in our small market department. Each interview lasted roughly 20 minutes, and was asked about the same questions each time. It was nice because i got to meet the head of retirement services at the time, as well as my future supervisor. after the interview I sat with a representative to listed to their phone calls.

They had me do and an online pre-recorded interview then I had to pass a grammar test. Then it only took a week to hear back and schedule an in person interview.
The interview process at ADP was smooth and well-organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout each step, providing clear communication and guidance. I felt supported and well-prepared for every stage.

What would be the first thing I do if a client tries to escalate a situation?
Web call with management to review the job title and duties. Asked about goals and role fit to do the job. Since we just use thirty words I Dont know what else to put
