It was a casual conversation. Really enojoyed their emphasis on positive work culture. The interviewer gave a brief overview of daily operations and how the role contributes. They asked some basic questions on my previous experiences. Nothing out of the ordinary. Still waiting to hear back on a decision, so disregard the offer status.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and similar to a typical interview. It included basic questions about my background, experience, and how I handle different work situations, along with some discussion about the role and expectations.

Very easy and good. Recruiter was quick and not intimidating at all to go through the process from managers to the VP. All in all process itself was comparable to any other entry level job
