Video interview, 2 hour test, then actual interview either in person or via zoom. Interview was about 15 minutes and there was another section of the interview at the end.

Applied on the ADP site after seeing postings on various job boards. Received an email for a preliminary screening with options for dates/times. Recruiter (appeared to be third party) called promptly. Verified my background details that I provided. Asked specific questions related to the position such as experience level with Excel. Had minimal info on the job other than what was posted this was simply a screening to determine if I would move ahead in the process.
