The interview process with this company was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. They present themselves as professional and well-organized, but in reality, they lack transparency and respect for candidates. Communication was poor from the start — no clear information about the role, expectations, or next steps. The interview felt more like a test of patience than a genuine conversation. After spending time preparing and attending multiple rounds, they simply disappeared without any feedback or follow-up. It’s unacceptable for a company to treat candidates this way, especially when people invest their time and energy in good faith. A bit of professionalism, honesty, and courtesy would go a long way.
