ADP came to our college and it is one day process. The round was aptitude , reasoning and technical concepts. 2nd round was TR round he asked me about my projects and some technical questions on Dbms,oops. 3rd round was senior managerial this round is based on our way of answering and next was HR round. After that results are announced the same day
It was a moderate to hard difficulty, the interviewer was polite, but overall, the process took More than a month. The perks mentioned were good, but hybrid was not there for college students .

easy, straightforward common sales questions "sell yourself" good. communication and not hard thinking questions or activities, talked to two people from the office so its not hard and it is just selling yourself
The salary listed online was double what the recruiter told me! It also was advertised as full time but it was actually only 32 hrs/wk and 8 weeks. At the bare minimum this was incompetence. At worst it’s deceptive.
