Applied through University Co-op office, was invited for an in person interview with 2 individuals from ADP's Compensation and Benefits area. The interview took approximately 30 minutes and was very conversational.
An initial phone interview, the 2 rounds of video call interviews. The recruiter will give you tips throughout and tell you what they are looking for. Encouraged using the STAR method

Interview
The interview was smooth and real. It gave a true picture of the work life once hired- especially the stress interview. We had 3-4 interview including the telephonic round with various people across the hierarchy ranging from HR manager to multiple senior directors.
