The over the phone interview lasted about 30 minutes, it was just general questions about your work experience and how you will fit into the roll you applied for . It is followed by a grammar prompt which is about 20 minutes. You will then be called back for an in person interview.

Hiring event with 15 candidate, a lot of basic behavioral question that lead to a 2nd round with another interviewer. Overall the whole process was about 1 hour but waiting to get interview took an extra 30 minutes.

A recruiter reached out to me telling me about two open positions. One was for BD and the other was for AM. He set up an interview with the hiring manager to determine what the best fit was for me. The first thing the hiring manager said was they didn't currently have any openings but wanted to interview for the future. While I appreciate the manager was upfront, the recruiter was not.
