I got the interview during career fair for summer intern position. They asked about project experience I listed on resume and asked some questions about programming language and SQL. Overall, it's easy.

Interview
I went through 2 rounds of interviews. I had one interview with HR, who asked me basic questions about myself, why sales, career aspirations, and went through my work experience. Round 2 was with a manager at the company who asked me more sales-specific questions and why I would fit in at the company.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at ADP (Allentown, PA) in Apr 2023
Interview
Phone screening and 30 minute video call. Very basic questions. I mentioned retirement services too much during the interview (which is why I did not receive an offer) whether that was the real reason or not.
