Interview
I attended a job fair and after the initial screen with a hiring manager HR followed up with an interview with THE hiring manager for the role. It was a 60 minute session where I thought the questions to be extensive but relaxed.

Tell me about yourself - I used this as a time to go over how my experience/education matched with the preferred qualifications. HR sends a PDF of the job description to have on hand and encourages you to do so.

Interview
The interview process was painless and quick. Phone interview then interview with hiring manager. In some cases the last interview is with the Department Head. It did not take more than two weeks to complete.
