I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ADP (Allentown, PA) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process was swift and took about 2 weeks only because of the weekend. Mine was broken into 3 parts, part 1 was with the recruiter to make sure I was a good fit. The 2nd was a standard sales interview to see how I think and my sales experience. The 3rd and last was a role play interview. After the role play I heard back the next business day I got the job and the onboarding process started. My advice is to study up on the company and show up prepared with answer to their question and questions so you get answers that you need.
