ADP interview questions

I was first phone screened, then scheduled for a live interview. Each step took basically a week to complete. I had followed up with a second live interview with a VP, and then schedule for a field run and 3rd interview. I had to travel far for the interviews, and nothing was covered by the company. I had now spent 2 days in inteviews and my 3rd was a full day of field work, and a follow up interview. The fina interview was with a person who I felt did not like me due to my gender. I have never felt this before, nor do I believe it was the reason I was not chosen for the position. I just felt the interview was cold, and anything related to my gender seemed to be a minus. In the end, after a month+ and hours of travel and hours of work, I was not offered a position. I was offered to interview at another location, but did not want to go through the process again. i also felt that the proposed pay would be way to low for me.

I interviewed here and thought the experience was quite memorable. I spoke to 3-4 managers and was able to do an office sit in 2 departments. After that was complete, they told me to do a phone interview in which they assessed your skills. No having any prior sales experience, it was a little tough. I am not disappointed by the outcome of my interview considering my experience; If you worked in sales before you should have no problem interviewing here.
