ADP Outside Sales Representative interview questions

The interview process was very quick. Started with a 15 minute phone interview. After that it goes to two video interviews, the first with the VP of sales and the second with the managers. Overall fairly simple and quick with the interviews.

I'd like to preface this by saying the interview process is so bad that I'm writing this after the 3rd of 4 rounds. I am in genuine shock that ADP does as well as they do operating like this. Every interview I had, the interviewer showed up a minimum of 5 minutes late another showed up nearly 20 minutes late (one never showed up at all nor sent any notice of cancellation!) which is incredibly unprofessional and demotivating to perform any type of services for them after such treatment. Considering this, I have to wonder if their representatives make it a common occurrence to be grotesquely late to client meetings and appointments. Albeit all this, I attempted to keep an open mind throughout the process, doing my best in each interview, yet still feeling completely shut down and belittled by their staff who acted like they were the greatest thing since sliced bread, which in case you were wondering they are very far from. My advice: save your time and apply to an organization where you feel valued and not like a useless cog in the dysfunctional ADP wheel.
