ADP SBS Associate District Manager interview questions

Very quick - Long interview then was sent on the field immediately. Met with the Vice President first. Went to go on all the appointments with one of the reps, then went back to interview with all the managers (4) and they split it up between girl managers and guy managers.

The interview process for ADP was challenging but very straightforward. It included a brief phone interview, 30 minute interviews with each of the sales managers, and an all day field ride with a short presentation at the end. My recruiter helped me through the entire process and was very direct about the position which made interviewing for it a little easier. Since it is a lengthy process my advice would just be to stay energetic about the role and be prepared for everything!
