ADP Sales interview questions

1. Phone interview 2. Another phone interview 3. a third phone interview 4. being told they'd call with an offer and jerking you around for four weeks 5. having you come into the office to shadow someone 6. ignoring your calls and jerking you around another three weeks 7. no offer because they want someone with "more sales experience" for an entry level job where they said it didn't matter I didn't have a lot of sales experience. Waste of time, money, energy, etc.

Behavioral Interview, it was great speaking with the recruiter but unsure of how I performed in front of the actual sales managers. It was pretty nerve wrecking as the recruiter mentioned things not discussed in the interview.
