I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ADP in Aug 2011
Interview
Recruited by recruiter. Passed initial phne interview. Interviewed at work site in California. Interviews went reasonably well, although interview with hiring manager was unfocused and included another functional leader not originally slated to participate in interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2009
Interview
Interviews were conducted on four different visits spread over two months. While that sounds excessive, it was during a turbulent time in the markets. On three of the four visits I met with a single individual. On one I met with five different people. All meetings were 1:1, focusing on aspects of my experience, how I thought it would apply to the role. They also focused on fit issues wanting to ensure I would work well in ADP's culture. Interestingly a couple of the interviews got very specific with regards to what I would do in the VP Strategy role... down to my list of priorities for the first few months.
