Interview
My interview and hiring were conducted by URS in Sep 2014,less than 30-days prior to their acquisition by AECOM in Oct 2014. Several phone conversations with various people; and a one-on-one lunch interview was all it took. However, I was hired in Sep 2014 as a "Zero-Hour Employee" (IE: on the pay roll, but drawing no pay) until they could "win" a project to assign to me, which did not occur until Feb 2015..
