Interview
I met with my manager over coffee and spent 2 hours of informal discussions on my future plans and on the job opportunity, responsibility, challenges and expectations. I described in detail my situation and expectation and he said that he will get back to me after his discussions with his management
Interview was not well structured and was fairly informal. and haphazard with poor coordination among various parties. Overall it entailed a couple of rounds. Focus on technical skills and numbers rather than soft skills.

Pretty straightforward process overall. First round was pretty perfunctory. I think they were looking for a cultural fit with their work place vibe. I think the have a strong corporate culture.

Met with three people who would be daily contacts for the position. Had conversations with national representatives and local. Was referred by a former colleague. They were looking for a business development focused person.
