AECOM put together an interview event at the Sheraton Hotel in Dallas. On the first night of the event there was a mixer with AECOM employees. Prospective employees were encouraged to talk with current employees about their work and experience with AECOM. The next morning I was interviewed by a panel consisting of a VP and a mid level engineer. The interview lasted about a half hour. The tone was relaxed.

It was a straightforward conversation. We spent most of the time talking about my recent experiences with school and past internships. Overall, it was a good interview, didn’t feel nervous at all
