I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Brisbane) in Aug 2013
Interview
Standard interview process. I had an initial interview with HR and a senior member from the business line/team that I was going to be working for. This was to assess the behavioural fit with the team and get an idea on your goals and career direction/experience. The second interview was with HR and members of the project team that I was to be working for.

Tell us about your experience (either project specific or general)?
What are your strengths/weaknesses?
What can you bring to the team?
Where do you see yourself in the next 5-10 years?
It was very good, reasonable length and seamless. Interviewers who were very various parts of the business and recruiters were lovely made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend this place.
Very easy and straight to the point. I had 3 people on the panel. I was asked about my experience and what I studied at school. Overall, it was a straightforward interview
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at AECOM (Glasgow, Scotland) in Oct 2024
Interview
This was probably the easiest interview I’ve ever had. It didn’t even feel like an interview, the panel were really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable throughout. They walked me through what the company is working on right now, the upcoming pipeline of projects, and the role I’d be stepping into with the company/secondment under Scottish Water. Honestly, it felt more like an invitation than an interview
