I applied online. I interviewed at AECOM in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process had several stages from CV application to personality/IQ assessment to video assessment, overall it wasn't too difficult but does take a couple of weeks which can be a bit daunting. The most challenging part is in the IQ assessment where I was asked about how much money a motion sensor light would save in comparison to a normal light. Some questions may throw you off guard so be prepared to be analytical.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Dubai) in Jun 2024
Interview
The process was quite confusing they said informal screening and that later there would be official screening but overall uncomfortable experience, they weren’t clear about what they were looking for said they haven’t found the right fit
