I have applied online and after about a month I received an invite for video interview. It was not technical but it was about my skills and my motivation. I had 4 minutes for each question. After that they contacted me by telephone and invited me to an assessment day in Madrid.d

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Feb 2020
Interview
The application process first consisted of answering basic questions about my own experiences etc. This was followed by a Situational Judgement Test. I then received an interview which lasted roughly 45 minutes, followed by a short 5-minute examination.
