Answer generic behavioural questions. - Phone Screening (Invite to Interview) I got asked to come in for an interview - In-person Interview In the actual office and was a generic discussion of who I am and what I want from my career and life. Didn't include any rigorous questioning. - Offer I received a phone call saying I got the role

The interview starts off as just a conversation to get to know you and then moves to the regular boiler plate questions. The last section is some very easy technical questions.

They drew two simple circuits. One with resistors in parallel and the other with resistors in series. They asked for the total resistance of each.

I submitted the application online and it took about two weeks to process. The HR invited me to the Philadelphia Fantastic Friday Hiring Event. It was a mixer on Thursday that I could network with AECOM staffs and an in-person interview with the team followed by the next day.
