Interview
It was a standard interview that focused on reviewing my skill set and job experience knowledge. We reviewed my resume and a sample of technical writing I had produced. They asked me knowledge based questions. They asked me what I liked to do on my free time. I expressed what skills I could bring to the company and showed interest in growing in my career. I was interviewed by a panel of three managers. The interview ran an hour and half, it was positive. The tested my personality, job knowledge and desire to grow into my career.
