The interview process for AECOM was straight forward, I felt all of the questions were reasonable and I had an overall good experience. Great communication through out the whole process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AECOM (Singapore) in Oct 2024
Interview
The whole process took about 2-3 weeks. The interview was held online everything went smoothly, HR was accommodating too. Interviewer was friendly and i accepted the offer in the end
First psychometric assessment test followed by quick 15 min screening with hr. In person interview and then offer received. Overall, the process was very easy going and felt more like a conversation rather than interview.
