I sat in a Microsoft teams interview with 3 heads of structural engineering for various branches. The HR staff was also included. The interview mainly consisted of candid conversation about my experience where I discussed my structural engineering projects. The structural engineering leads then had various technical questions based on my experience. The HR stuff then asked some pre written questions (non technical)
