AECOM MEP (HVAC) Engineer interview questions

I was called to their Gurgaon office for a F2F interview. Two team members took the interview and asked questions related to core mechanical engineering. They were keen to know about the software and skills I had developed during engineering and covered most of the things mentioned in the CV. One week later had a telephonic conversation with the team head and then after repeated follow-ups for the next 3 weeks, they rarely replied back. Poor management from the company's end and I was certainly not expecting that out of a Fortune 200 company. This irresponsible behavior really made me question if it's worth joining the company. I finally got an offer elsewhere and accepted it.
