Applied online on LinkedIn. A week later I received an email to set up a phone screen. After passing the phone screen I was required to complete a case study within 24 hours for HM review. The case study consisted of a PowerPoint & an Excel assignment with 8 in-depth questions. I now see this as “free work” requested by AHEAD. Anyhow, I was then moved on to an interview with the HM. During the video interview she made it seem like I truly matched what she & the company was seeking & that I would be moving on to the next step. However, I just received the lovely “At this point, we're going to move forward with other candidates whose experience matches a little closer to the Service Operations Coordinator role.” less than 24 hours later. Granted I have way more than enough experience than what was required which they knew before they even interviewed & wasted my time.
