Interview
just 2 rounds and casual talk, typical AIG interview, no technical question, but some easy mathematics problem. Prepare behavior questions! But in the second round, their process is unclear and I even did not know how long the interview will take.
HR call then meet with team members. Overall mostly behavioral questions, never got any technical questions. They seem to be more interested in cultural fit rather than technical skills. Very causal overall.

Casual and efficient. Screening call was casual: asking basic information of you and your experience and telling you about the position. In the next interviews they gave more role specific questions.
