I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AIG in Dec 2013
Interview
The interviewing process consisted of an initial phone screening with a representative from HR, which included basic resume-based questions along with common behavioral questions (i.e., describe a situation in which you overcame an obstacle, experience in a team environment). Following the phone screen, a formal interview was conducted at their New York office with members of management which were more specific based upon the desired team. Heard back within a week after the in-person interview
I received a Hirevue interview the next day after sending in my resume. The questions were fairly easy and what you would expect. Mostly behavioral questions that were mostly like problem solving based and nothing to do with my past experience
Hirevue interview and then emailed regarding a super day. The super day consisted of one more interview virtual with a hiring manager. I've heard it is typically three interviews though.
Easy, it was a Hirevu Interview with some behavioral questions. A couple of questions on team work, time management, and expectations from the role were asked. Overall, it was a good experience.
